Thursday per usual is my long day of classes, so I went to those and then went to the library to work on my paper. Like I said before, I’m really bad at writing and come up with any/every reason not to do it. On a side note, I forgot to mention that school elections were going on this week. It’s interesting to see how a school in a foreign country runs elections. They actually have political parties on campus and their members all advertise and solicit for their party. The two main parties also had shirts made that they wore all week; one was yellow and one was red. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times I had people in these red and yellow shirts come up to me and ask me if I had voted yet. I learned quickly to say I had because otherwise they made you sit through their whole spiel on why you should vote for their party. Like I said, that was just an interesting side note about this week. Anyway, after classes I went to the library to work on my paper and then went to volleyball. I must admit, at first volleyball was pretty slow, but then it got a lot better and I ended up playing doubles until 9 (usually we end at 8). Later some volleyball kids were going out to the Vic so when I got back I made some dinner, got ready and went out with them, which was a lot of fun. All in all it was a good day.
